01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Raja07 ("Raja07", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and services platform accessible at https://raja07.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of the services offered by Raja07, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. 02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "Site" — the Raja07 website accessible at https://raja07.cam, including all subpages, content, features and services available thereon.
• "User" / "Player" — any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Services" — all products, features, tools, information and gaming activities made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer, welcome package, free spin allocation, cashback credit or similar incentive provided subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering — compliance obligations applicable to financial transactions on the Platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for account balances and transactions where applicable.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region in which the use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Raja07 takes underage gambling seriously. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all balances — including any winnings — may be forfeited. Raja07 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Users are prohibited from registering or using the Platform if they are located in, resident of, or citizens of a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or not permitted. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether they are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction before registering or using the Services.

Registering an Account from a Restricted Jurisdiction, or while physically present in one, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Raja07 reserves the right to close any such Account and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and pending bonuses.

04 Account Rules

4.1 Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering an Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Raja07 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

Raja07 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport or government-issued ID) prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.4 Account Closure

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Raja07 reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory concerns are identified.

05 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform and its Services are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

5.2 Platform Availability

Raja07 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

All game information, bonus descriptions, RTP figures and payment method references published on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. While Raja07 makes reasonable efforts to keep content current and accurate, figures described as "illustrative" or "example" are not guaranteed offers or confirmed specifications. Actual terms are determined by the relevant game operator and are subject to change without notice.

5.4 Technical Issues

In the event of a system malfunction, software error or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, Raja07 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and restore Account balances to their pre-error state as accurately as technically possible. Bets or winnings arising from a demonstrable system error will not be honoured.

06 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Deposit methods available on the Platform are determined by the operator and may vary based on the User's location and verification status. Methods may include bank transfers, select e-wallets and cryptocurrency options where supported. References to Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual examples only. None of these providers endorse or directly support gambling transactions on this Platform. Availability is subject to each provider's own policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and promotional period. Illustrative minimum deposit figures (such as PKR 1,000) are shown as examples only. Actual minimums are confirmed at the time of transaction and are subject to operator policy.

6.3 Currency

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed identity verification may be unable to process withdrawal requests until outstanding documentation is provided and assessed to the satisfaction of the compliance team.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method, verification status, and operator-side compliance review. Raja07 does not guarantee specific processing speeds and makes no representation that any particular withdrawal method will be processed within a defined timeframe. Published timeframes are indicative estimates only.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

7.4 AML Compliance

Raja07 applies AML procedures to withdrawal requests. 7.5 Return to Original Payment Method

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the promotion) must be played through before a withdrawal request can be submitted. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. 8.3 Bonus Validity

Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotional terms. Unexpired bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

8.5 Game Contributions

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Raja07 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC
• Creating multiple Accounts for the same individual (multi-accounting)
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions or platform vulnerabilities
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or any form of coordinated wagering abuse
• Attempting to launder funds or engage in any activity in breach of applicable AML laws
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party
• Using funds sourced from illegal activities to fund an Account
• Engaging in threatening, abusive or harassment behaviour toward Platform staff or other users

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Raja07 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of Raja07 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Raja07.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raja07 excludes all warranties, representations or conditions, whether express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its Services.

Raja07 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account
• Platform downtime, interruptions or technical errors
• Actions of third-party payment providers
• Any content or information provided on the Platform

Nothing in this clause limits Raja07's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gambling

Raja07 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and player wellbeing. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can develop into a problematic behaviour. The following tools and safeguards are available through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts when a session reaches your preset duration.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time and funds spent during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account from gaming activity.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raja07 is registered and licensed, as specified by the operator.

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution through direct communication. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, applicable dispute resolution procedures as defined by the relevant licensing authority may be available.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
